This motel is in Searchlight, Nevada not in Henderson, Nevada. The out of state input will only allow the nearest incorporated city to be entered. Motel was originally built in the 1940’s, this adorable historical motel complex consists of 15 units plus a Two-Bedroom two bath unit attached to the office for the managers. Kitchenettes are available in several of the rooms, giving the property an extended stay component. The motel has WIFI, TV, coffee, tea, and parking. Additionally, there is a separate laundry area and standalone shed. All the rooms have a flat TV, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning, electric heaters and coffee makers. Most of the units have been refurbished with new tile flooring and fresh paint. Two of the three buildings have new roofs, and a brand-new pic water system has been installed. Upgrades have been made to the landscaping, and a new sign is in place. The BV Motel can proudly say that it has passed all Health and Safety Checks and is a participating member of the City of Searchlight.
